Won’t one more FORWARD SPLIT come to provide more LIQUIDITY?

To announce the reverse merger candidate they need more liquidity, so I personally think that Forward Split will have to come first. That’s exactly why they are doing it. The market can’t handle a reverse merger announcement with only 44.0 million shares outstanding. Sharp said so himself when announcing in the beginning that STRATOS would do TWO FORWARD SPLITS, NOT ONE.
