It means we need to wait until Sept 28 for the court date. On that date, the judge will formally grant custody of the shell to Belisarian if there are no disputes about it.
Once that date passes, Belisarian will be able to upload financial updates on OTC Markets.
We just don't know if they have the financials prepared already or have been waiting for formal custody and then will start creating the missing financials.
