Something tells me Gordon and I would not get along when it comes to fried eggs. I appreciate a good sunny side up, but there was too much lace on his egg for my liking. Plus, if you break the little sac around the yolk, the whites cook through nicely on their own and you don’t have to waste time basting.

It’s weird that he cracks eggs with two hands. Easier to break the yolk accidentally that way. The one handed crack is the way to go.
