"Net" revenue means revenue net of any discounts given. It is not net of manufacturing costs.

So yes, if NWBO is giving Special patients a discount off list then that comes the reporter revenue would not include the discount amount.

This is really basic accounting. Can suggest several freshman books on the subject if you want it.
