I believe they have ~21M shares authorized for issue so if they needed to do a capital raise they could. Barring any ridiculous increase in SP I would really hope they don't though until the end of 2024 at the earliest. That being said, with the current climate, if the right person or entity came along wanting to buy in I wouldn't be surprised to see them jump at the opportunity.
