Wait am I the only one reading this wrong? Mark called a meeting of the Board of Directors, but he is the President, Chairman and sole Director. So he called a meeting with himself, called it a quorum, presided over it and made a ruling. In the definition of quorum, shouldn't there be at least two people so that the other can object to decisions or at least argue a point?
