Good morning people, thought I would drop in for a quick peek incase ,anyhow it does seem like the 50’s pps isssssthe new 40’s for COOP as of this post ( hope I did not hex the pps) lol the boyzzzz will need something/ booster to get it to the 60’s even though we have hit that plato before a few times we were unable to hold there for any amount of time , anyone else think there isssss another 1/4% rate hike in the near future ?
