Why should any long be upset from cautious warnings about where the company really stands?

True longs don't care if the price drops to $3-$4 if the company doesn't announce anything over the next 9 months because they believe the company is still on course and the stock will do just fine once the ball gets rolling. Any drop is a no-loss issue because of their long term timeline.

Longs with some reservations - and some true longs - should welcome a drop to $3-4 since that LOWERS their risk/reward ratio if they decide to add additional shares on the drop. For them it is a win as they can increase their ownership for greater gains down the road.

It's my view that they just aren't ready and at best significant partnership announcements are 6-9 months away, and longs with cash waiting in the wings should enjoy a slide downward.
