And so did obesity. Look around at how many people today including children are overweight. Was not like this in school in the 80's and prior. We were all thin. Entire families are heavy now. And that is the norm. And unfortunately they especially target minorities with this unhealthy food agenda. Cooking oils play a big part in this paradigm shift in weight.
Look at the shows and sitcoms of the 70's and before that capturing a snap shot and sampling of normal everyday people in the inner cities and poor areas. They were thin back then. An obese person years ago was a sideshow because it was so rare. Now it is commonplace like the shows "My 600-lb life", "1000-lb sisters", "Too large", "Hot & heavy", The biggest loser", on and on.....
