The whale(s) is/are back? Hmm I did not read that from it but I am no expert on these things.

I do think I have a good idea whom it/they are. If it was a company or individual then a 13g would tell us. Since we don't have that, there is but only one choice left.

MJ1 (B) now at least seems to have some logic.

I will still hold.

As for the permit, I answered my thoughts on that below. We have no clue what is going on at the higher levels in government.
