Don't forget, Sharp paid $2mil. He demanded that Foote not do a RS that would screw investors. He was against some of the financing and spending Foote was doing. Sharp just got his money back after Foote failed to stick to the agreement.

Sharp initiated the reverse split.

Sharp knew about the reverse split and hid it from shareholders.

The groveling you do at the feet of Sharp is hilarious - you fabricate information to attempt to defend Sharp. Have some dignity - don't worry about credibility that was gone a long time ago.
