Many things here are strange here. The share price value destruction (in QREE $25 to $.40) the botched LD Micro presentation no- show cancellation due to speaker not feeling well. (really? Can't someone else talk about the company? I probably could. And they flushed $40K down the drain in the process) The lack of publicity when they revealed in Spring FL Energy Conf. The slow merger.

If it weren't for a trusted friend who saw the tech we’d be long gone.

That said thus far management of Quantum has come across as a bunch of amateurs. Hoping we are very wrong. Time will tell.
