WTM, later I posted that I've retained 240 sh in my taxable account. Will hold those shares long term but no plans to buy any more shares at any price so long as Andy Marsh is the CEO.
Ole Hoefelmann was a Manager for only 2 years. It's a pity that Andy Marsh did not appreciate Hoefelmann's concern(s). This stockholder used to blindly appreciate Andy Marsh until he diluted the hell out of PLUG. Even the Compensation Committee recognized stockholders serious concern about Andy Marsh and thus tied his Bonus to higher stock prices.
So, I wonder why Andy Marsh stays, being unable to help himself with his own Bonus? Andy Marsh must believe that he can deliver in the future. It may take Analysts and stockholders publicly laughing at him for the Board to end the torture.
