I STILL wonder if the Parkinson's trial "delay" is because they intend to substitute 3-71 for 2-73. To do that they'd have to do quickish Phase 1 ascending dose. Maybe they think that's been done by the recently completed 3-71 ascending dose safety trial? Perhaps the delay was getting that done .... as well as convincing our sponsor to go along with the change?.....If that's the plan, then a trial for schizophrenia also using 3-71 probably would be a faster confirmation of 3-71 positive effects.....with the PD 3-71 therapy (that I'm guessing) coming to fruition afterwards. Probably after the schizophrenia approval has proven out 3-71.

Anybody else think that's what's going on with the apparent PD trial delay? I think it would be a showstopper if Missling announced that. First he anounces Rett filing. A month later AD filing. A month later possibly either schizo trial or PD trial.....with both using our second generation drug. 600 or so times more powerful and fully safe.
