TGD has an MBA in Business and, consequently, is well acquainted with market determinants as evidenced by his building a balance sheet with $154 million cash and ZERO debt. A young pre-revenue biotech with such an incredibly strong balance sheet with fewer than 100 million shares outstanding is an anomaly.

TGD, as and MBA, has mentioned many, many times in the past that his goal is to maximize shareholder value. With this in mind, he has positioned A-273 on a firm footing with highly positive AD and PD results. Unfortunately, other potential suitors, again which TGD has mentioned in the past, are not willing at this time to make an offer within the range of TGD's estimated maximized share holder value.

So, that being the case, let's run the RETT trials in an effort to improve the balance sheet by another $100 million by obtaining the$100 million dollar voucher and gain RETT approval.

Assuming voucher and Rett approval, all of a sudden, TGD has $250 million on the balance sheet and an HUGELY improved chance of AD and PD success.

Strategically, assuming RETT and voucher approval, it would appear that TGD's strategy of maximizing shareholder value has taken a HUGE positive step.

As mentioned by TGD previously, you will understand why we have done it this way once we are done.

Hey, marketing costs for AD and PD are way beyond the $150 million currently on the balance sheet.

A-273 approval for RETT is manageable with $250 million on the Balance sheet...and increases the likelihood of AD and PD approval down the road. Not unimportantly, suitors will need to pony up a whole lot more cash if they wish to partner with AVXL in marketing AD and PD.

Oh, and TGD's goal of maximizing shareholder value will have taken one HUGE step forward.

I'm guessing it's not long now 'til the WGT proponents on this boar will be joined by many!
