Sorry, just stating the financial FACTS. I know some do not want to hear about it, but as an investor, the financial statements mean EVERYTHING. It IS the way the market perceives a company and its value. Maybe some (many?) want to ignore those numbers, so be it. But they're there and they ARE definitely a RED FLAG. I understand that not all are adept at reading and understanding all that is in those financial statements, but just go directly to the bottom line on the income statement and seeing if that is positive (black) or negative (red) and THAT should be enough and easy to understand. TWENTY YEARS and that bottom line has always been RED. Not good!

Now if some want an education on balance sheets, that also can be simplified.
