Some of us would say a person who claims to receive a scripture, vision, calling, and honorable mention in the Bible (1 Kings 8:41-43 as "the foreigner"), is the claim of a prophet.

He certainly has followers.
Years ago, when he used to give interviews on TV, he claimed to be the person mentioned in 1 Kings 8:41-43. It wouldn't, or couldn't be anyone else. He doesn't do that anymore (that is, give interviews on live TV), but you have his mission statement.
