I just checked - took 3 minutes. Anyone can verify by going to their profile. May need to be a member.

Proto has 25% more posts since 1/1 and TWICE the volume of words in the last 50 posts than I do

Proto:
Posts since 1/1 40 x 50 = 2000
Scrolling pages on my computer for last 50 posts: 64

TedPeele:
Posts since 1/1 30 x 50 = 1500
Scrolling pages for last 50 posts: 32

IMO both excesses border on ruining the board if they are dominating, but at least my postings are original and varied and responding to people. Protos are cut and paste - a SHOVE DOWN YOUR THROAT kind of approach as opposed to a conversational/debate approach.

How Dominating are we? There have been about 22,000 posts since 1/1 so I've made up about 7% and Proto has made up about 9% - between us about 16%, leaving 84% of postings to others.. I would be all in favor of a limit of say 10% of posts in a 24 hour period with a max of 10 per day or something like that.
