One would think, but every other time over the past 2.5-3 years that we've seen the unrestricted shares increase, it was always followed by endless selling (PAUL, STXG, OTCN, etc...). Also, we don't know what these people paid for their shares, and some of them could've paid par 0.0001, so if there sitting on 20, 50, 100M shares that they got at 0.0001, it's probably tempting for them to sell pocket million$.

At the end of the day, I'm just guessing like everyone else. This selling with OTCN just seems a bit different though, because of the qty that they've sold over the past 3+ months, and still going strong. Then no different from the pattern over past 2.5-3 years, each time we see the RSI approach oversold, we see some tiny green day with little volume, yet the RSI jumps 10, 15, etc.. points, providing them the padding to keep doing what they're doing.
