A CEO has a fiduciary responsibility to protect the shareholders. What has CC done for us?
It's also becoming more and more evident that this team doesn't know how to run a bio tech company. Missing every single self provided timeline. Every time there is an excuse and blaming others. They may be genius scientists, AI developers, and lawyers, but there is definite room for improvement on the business running side.
For these reasons, I am bullish on this SAGA deal. Once the tech gets to Nasdaq, they will be forced to report truthfully and on time.
