I remember those days on the western slope. I worked over the mountain from Paonia for Amax is the old Keystone Mine and had a friend who worked over in Paonia mining coal. That mine paid quite good wages better than I made with Amax yet if we made footage and a full turn the bonus was great. I sure miss those peaches and cherries! When Kebler Pass was open we would always use that route.

To hear the propaganda you would think that oil and gas supplies were about all used up. Funny how around the world the same big players are finding oil hands over fist but still trying to kill independent American production. Bi Bi is keen to this. Just hope Israel can dump their rising wokeness.
