Here is the incidence of headache from the Daxi PI

ADVERSE REACTIONS---------------------- The most commonly observed adverse reactions (=1%) are headache (6%), eyelid ptosis (2%) and facial paresis (1%).

Your % of HA seems to be an outlier. Typically, what we have found with the injection of toxins is when a practitioners incidence is significantly higher than a study then there may be some user error with injecting technique, dosing etc.

I have read this persons posts and find it difficult to put much weight on his findings. In my experience, there are quite different levels of injectors.

Now is this person a shill? Who knows. I do find it interesting that this person finds that Evolus provides the highest margins and his experience with Daxi lies outside the results of the study. I think that maybe he has a little confirmation bias towards Evolus. And, he is a perfect example of how aesthetic practices roll.
