Yeah, that was exactly my question Valuator. I know OTCM has been updated, but given that we are still not SEC Reporting, if the OS changed (some of those 900M sold), would Charles still be required to update that? I honestly don't know the answer, which is why I was asking. I just can't see where else this qty of shares (that OTCN's been dumping) is coming from. 1-2 months ago there were roughly 220M+ shares that moved to unrestricted, but since OTCN began their beatdown, we've traded roughly 1B+.(5X the qty that moved to unrestricted)
