In our sample size of 13, it looks like everyone is getting different results. There’s no rhyme or reason as to when it wears off on each person.

Such a small sample size is irrelevant. That is why clinical trials are run using several hundred or more patients. In addition, your failure to provide a distribution of results for that trivially small sample size is also a red flag.

There are also significant headaches for a few people that don’t get them on other tox. 3 of the staff actually refused the free repeat treatment and paid for another Tox.

Funny how a high incidence of significant headaches wasn't reported before. Are you sure you are injecting properly?

You throw out that 3 of your staff refused free treatment. Was it 3 of 10, of 30, of 100? Three is a meaningless number without the number of people on your staff who supposedly were injected. How many accepted free treatment?
