"Fought hard"?? lol, of course she did. She needed to pad her savings with dilution, pump and then more dilution plan. Duh! Otc ceo textbook play. Every otc "dream" is to get to a big board right? I've had 2 go there last 2 years and guess how they got there? Yeah, MAJOR RS!! And, they both are on track to be delisted sooner rather than later. Be careful what you wish for.
