Strange trading (aka control/manipulation), yes. This qty of endless shares, coming from same MM, and coming from unknown, No.

Prior to this (STXG, PAUL), we knew it was coming from newly urestricted shares or the Zhabilov trust, but with OTCN, where else could this qty be coming from? Only 220M+ recently went unrestricted, but we’ve traded over 1B since OTCN began, and OTCN had been responsible for at least 50-60% of that.
