Thanks N7; "In Italy, AIFA has issued a decision to not reimburse VAZKEPA at this time." We don't know why Italy decided not to reimburse. But we also know the door is not fully closed.

IMHO I think it was an economic decision.

Netherlands GDP:

EU Countries were still recovering from the effects of war in Ukraine (Energy sanctions). Perhaps the Netherlands knows that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

Still Amarin was able to score some significant countries; UK, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark (partial), Israel. Only a matter of time and urgency.
