I have 560K thousand shares myself and about 10M among those who I urged become owners in this company. I am very confident in the eventual outcome but it's painful to see the current share price. That's simply the reality. I support the lawsuit and still believe we could get a large settlement by Q2 2024 while we still have time for a submission and approval this year.

Yet we should have an update on regulatory submission timeline as we are owners in this company!

Furthermore if there are partnership talks those could be disclosed in further detail!

Seagen disclosed their talks with Merck which led to a higher buyout from Pfizer!

If people want DCVax then say it to the market via PR not in an SEC filing read by basically the same audience every quarter!

This management team are working hard. They should tell us more about that as it would engender greater support in the stock price!
