interesting, I wonder if there was a lump 1M deal done with LPC (or Roth) from shares sold from the Shelf, notice that JM has Cash for Budget Operations closing in on 2 years now, of course I presume that runway shortens as the commercialization takes root and the costs begin to rise rapidly, I presume JM is actually just planning ahead for the expected ramp in 2024, now we just need Lebby to ink those Licensing and Tech Transfer Agreements and meet the Timeline he has been showing investors in his presentations for the last couple of years!!
