I personally have no doubt it's inside. Whether SAGA, ENZC, etc... This pattern doesn't go on for as long as it has, especially without ever once being addressed, without somebody inside knowing what/who/why it's being done. However, regardless of any of that, at this point (after 2.5-3 years of this) they have achieved their goal of completely turning retail off to buying, making it much easier to control as they see fit. Also, given that volume is so low, and OTCN & INTL seem to have billions of unlimited shares, it would take an absolute miracle to move this.

I sure would love to know what Chandra was referring to when he publicly stated 15-16+ months ago that we'd see a "Monumental Shift" in 6-12 months? Can't imagine what he saw or thought was coming?
