I hear ya Hawk! Always a reason for why things don’t happen sooner. Like “needs study”, costs, political timing, lobbyists, other supposed priorities, and whatnot. We’re not privy to the why of it all, and even if we were, it’s hard to know how many layers of onion have to peeled away to actually see what’s “inside…the reasons. Who has the monetary resources to battle that individually?

What’s real, and what’s not?
