Nope...
The reorg plan cancels the common stock. There is zero chance the creditors will be made whole, that's why they put the cancellation in the plan.
Once the plan is made effective, shares are gone, that's the only date that's being waited on. Until then, it's a game of chicken between the con artists lying to people to get them to buy the stock.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
