It's frustrated shareholders that are tired of the self-serving CEO ... No bogeyman that you try to use to deflect from how he is taking full advantage of the company without doing anything for shareholders ....... It's 3 cent per share ... $0.03 day'um cent after all these years and it has been $0.03 day'um cent for years ... NasRat just continues getting free shares on top of his $500,000.00 per year salary and VERY GENEROUS Perks .... Who wouldn't be happy with his set-up ..... $3 Million at what 9% interest ... He runs the business, if the SHTF he sells the PAID FOR Property and pays himself back FIRST .... 9% and really less risk than a bank account .............

At every turn he squeezes whatever he can out of Elite ..... What do we get for years now ...3 pennies per share if we want'um !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
