Its the bogeyman theory and stock price. The CEO is evil. It's all made up since the CEO saved the company and ended the toxic financing which they were counting on. If you think any of these folks care or think about what the CEO is doing, they don't. But if you say something enough times and bring in different personalities/aliases roles to play its pure theatre. Read the board from that perspective and its more interesting. Assume you are watching a play. Identify the characters and it makes more sense.

And since the company is doing amazing but the price is low, That's all that is left. Watch the psychology they use here. its fascinating to see but pathetic people to practice.
