Well put!
The amazing thing is that most longs don't realize that their common shares are pretty much worthless! The debt the company has taken on far exceeds the value of the entire company, and if (or maybe when) DBMM fails... the debtors are all in line for any assets that the company has PRIOR to common shareholders. It is like letting 100 people in line in front of you at Ticketmaster and still thinking you will get good seats, or any seats at all!
Whether funding for a money losing company comes from dilution or debt, common shareholders own less of the company every day! Do not mistake keeping the company alive and trading for trying to reward common shareholders...
