This is a insider enrichment scheme - you are delusional if you believe that the insiders care about the shareholders.

If they cared about shareholders they would be a SEC reporter by now. They would also have started FDA approved clinical trials if they had a drug to compete in the Diabetes market - as all real pharmaceutical companies do - the US is where the money is for diabetic drugs.

There is Zero proof that ENZC has completed and clinical trials - other than the pumping press releases.

ITV-1 isn't an approved drug in the US or any country and it has been pumped since 1996.

SAGA can't raise $450M to acquire two empty shells that are worthless - SAGA couldn't raise $12.5M for the AEC deal.

ENZC is in the share selling business they certainly aren't a pharmaceutical company.
