The same reason no one would partner with them or buy them out when they were touting tolloVIR as a potential cure for covid.

Because their products are garbage.

Merck was getting its ass handed to them when Pfizer had Paxlovid being given out to the masses. Merck and others would have gladly partnered with Todos if they felt Tollovir had any chance.
AMAZINGLY NOT ONE BIG PHARMA WENT AFTER TODOS.

Now the goalposts have been moved yet again.
This time tolloVID will be the answer to long covid.

Guess what. NO One will partner with them again because if Tollovid was any good it would have already happened.

GC will be moving the goalpost soon enough.
Probably gonna push his famed Alzheimer or breast cancer tests.

And this sad saga continues on and on.

Meanwhile all shareholders have been royally screwed.

This is all in my opinion of course but I seem to be correct more than wrong.
