On the contrary, all it takes is a look at the company's balance sheet, cashflow, and news leading up to the bankruptcy to reasonably predict the outcome, which is what was done. Shareholders always get screwed in bankruptcy, just a matter of how much. Best outcome is their stock gets significantly diluted. This, of course, is the worst outcome.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
