No, although that video is true to its subject AFFU does not fall into any category of a pump and dump. Here are the reasons why this is NOT a pump and dump.
1. All (95%) P&D need two catalyst for them to qualify. They need the pump, which comes in the form of people pushing it on a message board, email or tweets (X's now) news letters or any other type of digital promotion "Pumping up the stock. This is done to creat two things, interest in the stock and volume on a daily basis where the stock is bought up.
2. AFFU does not qualify for any of that... there are 4 posters on this board, and of the 4 80% of the posts are mine and I clearly do not pump the stock... I complain about its lack of interest due to poor management public relations. No one even knows this exsists for the most part. The 10 day average volume for this is around 257K shares or a whopping $4,800.00 a day. No one is ever going to pump that with out any help from management.
3. Management puts out about one PR every 6 weeks and there is absolutely zero forward looking statements in their PR that could be considered a Pump. Lastly there is no dilution on the stock. A large portion of Pump and Dumps allow Note holders, people who have lent money to the company in exchange for cheaper then current price shares (a very condensed deffinition of a note holder) When a pump happens they are the ones doing the majority of the dumping.
So you are asking why is anyone in this... its for the long term potential that this AI currently shows. They are partnered with Dell computer on Smart City projects, they are currently working in very large cities globaly, ie: San Francisco, Dubi, South America and in Saudi Arabia.... they are just getting started and will be a much bigger player as time moves on. This is not a stock where any penny player is going to be able to make a lot of mony flipping it, No Volume eliminates that happening, so when you buy this you buy it to become a long, a person who will be here waiting for that big payday.
