Might be bud, but it almost never is. Same old thing with 99% of otc plays. They talk to retail, buttering them up, they tweet about exciting things their working on, developing, using key play words, like working with, expecting to see, in the near future, bla,bla,bla. When you need to sell shares to raise capital, it's what they do! No different with any other ticker in the OTC imo, but hey its why there's buyers and sellers right... GL
