So deceiving...

The CEO has always stated that a reverse split would occur after a significant rise in share price because he was anticipating to uplist. . Well it obviously never appreciated.

Now the share price is shot and an R/S will have to be performed just to save the company like all other company's that have sunk to this level and has BILLIONS of outstanding shares.

Whether it occurs with 3 BILLION shares O/S or 5 BILLION, it is inevitable.

And I know it's hard to believe, but those still holding shares will be screwed yet again.

If any newbies are lurking please RUN AWAY as fast as you can.
