Sensibly, there's density bonus for building residential within 3 blocks of a Metro subway station.


The same thing is still going on in West Hollywood, but small homes from 1920 are more often replaced with two story glitz mansionettes, than by condos.

The small homes were originally built for mechanics and the like working on the Red Car Line system. Not one is worth saving.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
