Oh they're trying. The artificial ceilings are usually dropped/locked in by increments of .005, where our current artificial ceiling is .045. Next up is .04, and they are trying hard to get it there. However, without the little spike of +.0042, they wouldn't have been able to without driving the RSI below oversold; but since they pushed that little spike, they've got plenty of room to keep pushing down/dragging this out. ENZC is literally a combination of "Groundhog Day" + "The Neverending Story." Same thing every day and never ends.
