Why should next year be any different/?

Was told by some it just needed some "tweaking."

Here we are; YEARS later.

The technology has proven to be extremely complex.

It's not a "place a bandage on it and we're done" scenario.

Never has been; never will be.

You seem using that as an excuse for company bungling as if its's just a minor thing they will fix if everyone would just be patient.
