I need to see why you are throwing quality and consistency in with production.

So quality and consistency have nothing to do with production?
Of course it's a "a silkworm line problem". You seem using that as an excuse for company bungling as if its's just a minor thing they will fix if everyone would just be patient. There is no other problem. That is the problem.
