Even the spies have no control over their operations.

Genz2 - The introduction of the new system for the internet is a global affair so I wonder how many people have to approve approve of what is being offered. The UN sometimes has difficulties getting motions passed and this could be similar. Could the security services have some issues? It's true that trillions of dollars are being wasted - but it has to be implemented correctly. DO we have to wait for the wars going on around the world to finish? It will happen but I do not know when. All IMO.
