Bobbyea. There are mixed opinions on LIBOR.

Some say it doesn't matter either way. But now the majority of those in the know who have checked into this say it does likely matter and that Libor must be settled first.

So when the FDIC said the WAMU matter couldn't settle while there was ongoing or potential ongoing litigation, do they mean Libor, or the 15 yr statute. Or both.

Fact is, we don't know for sure. Libor could pay out more than we expected. The FDIC wants $400B. How much they will get, and how much of that is WAMU has yet to be revealed. We just have to be patient. It's close to over now. My opinion is that we are entitled to significant payment for our escrows (WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN DELETED!).
