A retail investor "CAN" short BIEL. Margin is like $2.50/share. Financially they can't win.

A typical retail investor can only bash at 5 or 6 after they sold. Come and buy back in at 4. They make $100.00 per million shares sold. If they do 2 or 3 million every couple of days then they make 2-3 hundred. If twice a week then 5 hundred.
