HOLDING COMPANY'S HOLD THE ASSETS for the most part it is NOT HELD by the SUB short of what it take for the SUB to survive, then the well runs dry they go back to the HOLDING COMPANY for more funds

I guess some do NOT UNDERSTAND what a holding company does

IF a HOLDING CO was wise enough to utilize via SPE a trust, THEY TOO would have been wise enough to make sure thier SUBS did NOT HOLD TOO MUCH IN THE WAY OF ASSETS and or would have place them as well in TRUST
