I also think Patel et al may take action against Tim Dixon, putting the path for TSOI to head closer to zero much faster. After that filing that proved nothing and various disparaging comments on the forum, nobody from that side made a public statement. The gullible made it look like weakness or guilt. Provided they have ignored Tim's calls and made no contact, it actually indicates their attorneys have advised them to make no comments and preparing.

As much as certain individuals claim bashers are working with them, it is going to be quite the irony when they join with disgruntled, conned shareholders to help put an end to TSOI, finally making that claim come to reality. I can only hope certain people like TT, WebLou, etc hold a large position and find out what happens to a stock when trading halts and then delists. Can't say nobody else was warned. However, I have a special cigar waiting for the day years down the road we learn Dixon and Ichim have been convicted, and any additional consultant/cohort will be a bonus.
